Account Manager
Do you love making a to do list and getting that satisfied feeling of accomplishment as you cross tasks off of it? If you have the right attitude and attention to detail, we need you. As an account manager, you'll be busy each day with account setup, maintenance and organization as well as responding to customer requests via email and phone. Don’t enjoy talking with customers? Then don’t apply. The ideal candidate will have strong phone & email communication skills, strong customer service orientation & demeanor, research ability, analytical aptitude and strong computer skills. This position requires high energy and focus. This is not a sales position. Some travel may be required. This is a full-time, in-house position; local candidates only. No independents, freelancers or agencies.
Required:
- Proficiency in office productivity programs (e.g. Word, Excel)
- Understanding of how search engines and websites work
- Understanding of search engine optimization
- The confidence to make calls and share ideas (friendly voice!)
- Four-year degree
Appreciated:
- Coding experience (HTML, CSS, PHP)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords and Webmaster
