Our resident caffeine addict, Carrie injects extreme energy into Red Nova Labs. She has been effectively designing, facilitating and marketing user interfaces since 1996-winning several awards along the way. Her 15-year history in the technoid field includes communications, strategic marketing and business development for both start-ups and international enterprises. With an MBA and other hand-signed pieces of paper under her belt, her long list of go-to-market successes on shoestring budgets has fueled her reputation as a guerrilla visionary. She strives for excellence in developing brands as well as increasing returns.
Carrie's area of expertise is business marketing, including market research and identification, brand and solution positioning, and integrated online/offline communications campaigns. She effectively bridges the gap between traditional methods and labyrinth web-based techniques, from search to social to viral.

A natural leader and Sun Tzu strategist since youth, Robert brings uncommonly farsighted direction to Red Nova Labs. For many years he has honed his management and creative thinking skills as the guild-master and founder of exclusive gaming groups-a substantial responsibility that rivals high-dollar executive training, according to Business Week and Wired. When he wasn't busy gaining worldwide attention for team wins and dominating different national rankings, he developed and launched web-based firms in gaming, file-sharing acceleration and educational networks-gaining over a dozen years' experience as a thriving developer and entrepreneur.
Robert centers on business development. He is extremely adept at pinpointing web and mobile market opportunities, and gearing his personnel/resources to excel in those areas. Robert's technical capabilities include web standards and front-end engineering.

Jeffrey Barber - Technology
Jeff is such an innovative, tireless, madcap character that he begs the question of whether he's man or big fuzzy futuristic machine. Various degrees from mathematics to computer science can be found crumpled in Jeff's old files, along with dozens of powerful application models, dissertations, book drafts, and an incomplete symphony. At some point he crossed over to the dark side and taught complex math at the graduate level, but ultimately he was disillusioned by poverty. It took just a bit of persistence to lure him to the light of capitalism.
Jeff lords over Red Nova Labs' technological inventions - including the powerful proprietary tools that speed development for web and mobile connectivity - while the rest of us gawk in awe. Jeff writes compliers, operation systems, 3D game engines, bayesian networks, and AIs, as well as iPhone programs.

From his model beginnings as an honors student dabbling in theater and government, David's relentless vivacity sent him in several accomplished directions. Ultimately he found his way to computer science-the ideal discipline for his meticulous mind. His resume is packed with awards and ventures in graphics, gaming, website and related programming projects-not to mention the informal title of "Video Game Nerd" based upon thousands upon thousands of hours delving into both high-speed action and unnerving strategy. He has worked as a developer for many years, finally catching the entrepreneurial bug after gaining national attention for his video game designs.
David's domain is project management, where he converts business objectives into clear, effective design solutions. His capabilities include Java, PHP, SQL, C/C++, ActionScript and Flash. At the same time, his roots in theater and his immeasurable lung capacity are key to customer/investor relations.

It's easy to be fooled by Steve's laid-back persona. But inside what appears to be a serene mind, the machinery is smoking. Fueled by an insatiable appetite for knowledge and a passion for all things web, he has independently supplemented his marketing credentials and career history with vigilant training in graphic design, web usability, and even backend programming. He has an innate gift for creating seamless user interfaces, yet having grown up with the web, he also believes in pushing the boundaries of today's usability standards.
At Red Nova Labs, Steve is responsible for bringing creativity, usability, planning and technology together for engaging yet effortless web and mobile user experiences. He has mad skills in all Adobe creative suites, effective user interface design, and complex information architecture.
