Customers Can Now Leave Reviews on WebWorks Websites
StorageAhead (powered by Red Nova Labs) now offers its own built-in review system for its WebWorks clients as part of its consistent product upgrades. A “Write a Review” button is now located on the right-hand side of the website, along with on each storage facility page. Customers can leave 1-5 stars depending on their level of satisfaction as well as an optional written review.
Customers who provide positive feedback (three or more stars) will then be prompted to leave reviews on other local review systems, such as Yelp and Google+ Local.
Poor testimonials of less than three stars can be reviewed by management and responded to through an e-mail or phone call to the customers. This way, if a customer has had an unpleasant experience it can be addressed personally and not publicly.
Dan Miller, StorageAhead’s CEO, hopes that the new review process implementation will increase clients’ online presence. “When storage facility customers leave a review on a website, not only are they providing free, user-generated content that helps the website’s ranking on the search engines, but they’re also providing an authentic reference for potential renters who value others’ opinions highly while shopping online,” explained Miller.
Additional online WebWorks features released alongside the review system include a brand new virtual self storage calculator and a way to include text about current specials on the storage unit table.
