Elyas Shaiwani spends 90 percent of his waking moments in front of an LCD screen. With a degree from the University of Kansas in genetics, Elyas made the switch from people to computers after college – genetics, he says, is just coding for humans. Elyas has a rounded vocational history in sales, operations and engineering. An introvert by nature, Elyas is forced to be an extravert working at Red Nova Labs.
