RNL Continues to Recruit Kansas City’s Best with Four New Hires

WESTWOOD, KS – Red Nova Labs has added four specialists to its marketing, sales and technology departments. The personnel boost is expected to further enhance the company’s developments in web and mobile—particularly its array of self storage marketing products.

Kendra Bozarth and Sara Heins, rival KU and MU recent grads respectively, are setting aside their institutional differences to tackle content writing and social media in the marketing department. Bozarth’s degree in creative writing and Heins’ background at entrepreneurial-focused Think Big Partners make them a great fit in the creative side of RNL.

The new addition to the technology department is quality assurance talent Scott Root, who will be testing the products for aesthetic appeal as well as functionality. Root began his studies in fine arts and then turned to programming. His experience and education vary widely from video games to websites to software in the cloud, which will nicely cover RNL’s breadth of tech products.

RNL’s sales team welcomed their new addition Austin Jones, who has a degree in Business Administration from William Jewell. He has three years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor at an international freight company, and turned to sales at RNL to diversify his involvement in business operations. So far the transition has been a promising success for both him and RNL.

Carrie Royce, Red Nova Labs’ CMO explains, “We’ve given our talent pool a boost just as we’ve decided to tackle bigger challenges in the self storage industry—which is Red Nova Labs’ cornerstone vertical. For our revised strategy we needed fresh perspectives in sales, creative and quality assurance. And from what I’ve seen of these new hires so far, I’m confident we made the right choices.”
