Steve Lam graduated from the University of Kansas with a marketing degree. Steve joined a startup after college and was one of the founders of Red Nova Labs. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and a crazy passion for Kansas basketball.

Steve contributes to multiple facets of RNL, including web design, frontend programming, search engine optimization and project planning. Steve also entertains coworkers daily with his random acts of dancing to the sweet tunes coming through his wireless headphones.
