Rachel grew up in Kansas City, earned her B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from MU, and spent four years in Fort Collins, CO. She ran a coffee bar and cafe in an independent bookstore before moving back to KC in 2013. She’s passionate about black coffee, good books, and beards. Rachel’s always up for trying a new restaurant or bar!
