About Allyson

Allyson grew up in Olathe and got her bachelor’s degree at K-State in Hotel/Restaurant Management. She spent a few years managing in restaurants and bakeries, but then shifted careers to higher education with Baker University, where she received her MBA. She spent over 10 years in many roles at Baker, including advising, account management, teaching, and assessment. She and her husband Steve have been married six years this coming May, residing in Mission with their daughter, Isabella. Allyson enjoys cooking for friends and family, imbibing local beers, and hosting game nights.

What Allyson does at RNL

Allyson is a Client Launch Specialist, working directly with and onboarding new and incoming clients.

What's the best meal you've ever had?

Shrimp and grits at a small restaurant in the French Quarter of New Orleans. I've tried replicating it many times, but have never been able to perfect it.

What's something we wouldn't know by looking at you?

I participate in long distance gravel bike rides.

What's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you?

I threw out my back trying to get a family of raccoons out of my basement. I had to explain to my boss and coworkers what happened because I couldn't move for two days. Raccoons are cute but a menace.
